Eating disorders don’t look any particular way. Similarly, recovery from an eating disorder doesn’t look one particular way.
This blog aims to shed light on the misconceptions that surround eating disorders, highlight different stories of recovery, and serve as a safe space for all voices to share their recovery experiences.
In sharing recovery stories, we believe in using responsible, non-triggering language. On this blog, you won’t read about specific weights, calories, miles, or any other numbers that individuals struggling with an ED often use for comparison and competition. Similarly, you won’t see images of bodies on this blog, because we know that bodies are not necessarily indicative of a particular level of illness or recovery.
